Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our Head Quarters located in Quezon City. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Metro Manila Orders  - It will usually take 24-48 hours business days for all orders to arrive.
Provincial Orders  - It will usually take 2-3 business days for provincial orders to arrive. 
 
**Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. Tracking numbers are usually sent 24 hours after the payment confirmation.
