How to use?

There are 2 main ways to use the essential oils

1. Topical – You can rub sa essential oil on the skin. One of the most effective way to use essential oils is to apply them topically. -  Do not apply essential oils to sensitive parts of the body.
 2. Inhaling the aroma
Essential oils are most commonly used in the practice of aromatherapy, they are inhaled, through the nose.
Inhaling the aromas from essential oils can stimulate areas of your limbic system, which is a part of your brain that plays a role in emotions, behaviors, sense of smell and long-term memory. The limbic system also plays a role in controlling some unconscious physiological functions, such as breathing, heart rate and blood pressure.

HOW TO STORE MY ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils are sensitive to heat and oxygen, and they can lose their potency if they are not cared for properly. Always store your oils in a cool, dark place, with the lid tightly capped.
Always close the cap!
Over time, oils that are regularly exposed to oxygen can become oxidized. This means that they no longer have the potency that they once had. If left exposed to air over the course of a few months, the overall chemistry of some oils can change.
To avoid this, make sure to tightly cap all your oils when they are not in use.
Here are some ways you can tell if an oil has oxidized:
The smell is off
It is a different color
The consistency has changed
The oil looks cloudy
Where to store your Oils?
The best place to store your oils? Your refrigerator. If that is impossible in your household, Your closet can work too. You need to store your oils in a cool, dark place
